the varieties of Tempranillo (86%), Mazuelo (8%), Viura
(5%) and Garnacha (1%). Is fermented in steel tanks (30000
liters) with a temperature control (28º C), the alcoholic
and malolactic fermentation, are produced by natural system.
The maceration during 22 days with two times per day.
