Elaborated with selected
grapes of Tempranillo (90%) and Mazuelo (10%), fermented
in steel tank under temperature control of 28ºC. The
maceration during 22 days with two times per day. The malolactic
fermentation is produced in new casks of American oak where
we leave for 8 months and after follow its evolution and
finest in the bottle. This wine is unfiltered and don’t
clarify.
