Elaborated with Tempranillo
(90%) and Mazuelo (10%), is fermented in steel tanks (30000
liters) with temperature control of 28ºC. The maceration
is during 22 days , two times per day. Is ageing 1 year
in American oak casks and after we leave in the bottle where
follow its evolution and finest.
