White wine fermented in oak

Elaborated with Viura grape. The must is cleaned during 48 hours at 15ºC. Remain in new Bordeaux cask of American oak for 54 days, during theses days, the wine made the alcoholic fermentation at temperature not higher than 15ºC, after we repeat the operation of natural clean.
